Debrecq Developments is a family-run property development business based in the riverside Oxfordshire town of Henley-on-Thames.
We specialise in the delivery of bespoke high-end residential homes. Working with land in and around the rural villages of the Chiltern Hills that surround Henley, Debrecq takes pride in acquiring unique sites that will promote the high standard of residential living we already associate with the Oxfordshire countryside.

Does your Land have development potential?
We work with landowners to maximise their returns
We understand that landowners want to maximise returns on their land. That is why Debrecq Developments works proactively with landowners to structure deals that suit your financial objectives. Through a variety of deal structures, we have considerable experience working with landowners right from concept and planning all the way through to final delivery. We create a tax efficient and flexible situation where landowners are able to exit at the most profitable time. This is the advantage of working with us - a relatively small business - when compared with larger, less flexible developers.

If you own a large (potential) development site
Debrecq Developments doesn’t just work with landowners when we buy land. We also work with landowners to help them sell their land to other developers. This is called a Land Promotion.
Land Promotions typically (although not always) involve larger sites that have the potential for planning permission for multiple new homes. For a landowner to maximise the value of that land to a developer, it helps to have planning approval already achieved. But where the development of multiple units is involved, a landowner could run up planning costs in the tens of thousands of pounds, with no certainty of success. That is where we come in.
Debrecq works with landowners under a Land Promotion by wearing the cost (and therefore the risk) of the planning application and its associated time commitment. We manage and pay for that process from start to finish, and if planning permission is achieved, we then also find you a developer who will buy the land for its newly-increased value.
Land Promotions are therefore another way we can help landowners achieve maximum value for their land.
